Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday beginning in September through at least April. November's meeting will be held on 11 November 2025 at Little Rock Tavern (formally Rumors) located on US 10 south of Rice. Social begins at 6:00pm, meeting at 7:00.

On Wednesdays there is a group of members that meet at 6:30pm at the groomer shed in Gilman, MN to work on equipment and do other things pertinent to the club. Please feel free to come out and help out or just to take a look at what our club has accomplished over the last few years.
