Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday beginning in September through at least April. The next meeting will be held on 14 April 2026 at Little Rock Tavern located on US 10 south of Rice. Social begins at 6:00pm, meeting at 7:00.

On Wednesdays there is a group of members that meet at 6:30pm at the groomer shed in Gilman, MN to work on equipment and do other things pertinent to the club. Please feel free to come out and help out or just to take a look at what our club has accomplished over the last few years.

The BCSC will be hosting its annual Landowners Appreciation Dinner on Saturday 11 April 2026 beginning at 5:00pm at Coyote Moon Grille in St. Cloud, MN. We would like to extend the invitation to all of our club members and supporters of the club. You are more than welcome to invite friends, family and supporters of snowmobiling to this event. Event dinner cost is $35 each for chicken and roast beef. Join us to thank the landowners that make our trail system possible and the club volunteers who keep them safe and ridable.

There will be silent auction items available to bid on. The silent auction will close at 7:00pm.

The Grand Raffle will begin promptly at 7:30pm.
