Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday beginning in September through at least April. The next meeting will be held on 13 January 2026 at Little Rock Tavern located on US 10 south of Rice. Social begins at 6:00pm, meeting at 7:00.

On Wednesdays there is a group of members that meet at 6:30pm at the groomer shed in Gilman, MN to work on equipment and do other things pertinent to the club. Please feel free to come out and help out or just to take a look at what our club has accomplished over the last few years.

​Youth training will take place at the groomer shed in Gilman, MN on 24 January from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Students must meet eligibility requirements to attend. Contact Tony McNeal at 320-333-0283 or via email at tonymcneal5090@gmail.com. There is only room for 30 students.
